| For your convenience we have placed a PDF file that contains both our presecreening disclosures and rental application forms on our website. These forms must be filled out completely, signed, and mailed or faxed to Portland Rental Service with a processing fee of $45 per adult applicant. We apologize for any inconvenience, but your application cannot be processed until the required processing fee is recieved. You may pay by check (mail or bring it in) or call us to pay by credit card.
